Hi bloggers, my name is Amber and this game intro is of Kaitlin Cline's. It tells you what is her buttons about and it tells you what they draw. This game intro is very helpful to there game. This is like the intruduction page. By this intro page it seems like Kaitlin and her partner's game is going to be very fun and interesting to play. Adding input; keyboard

  Hey Bloggers,

                        My classs is doing great on adding input; keyboard. We are working and getting passed this great. My partner and I wasn't having any trouble, my class I don't think has had any trouble. Adding input; keyboard was so  fun and exciting. It's so fun to play, and is helpful along the way. It helped my class alot by learning how to do adding input keyboard. Doing it in flash is also great, and helps us out alot. My game is so easy to fix in flash and add new stuff to it by flash. Flash is easy but there are a few things that I find difficult. But after I learn how to do it, then it was easy of course. Flash is also fun because on my free time I like to get on it and make stupid stuff. It helps me in a way because that is helping me because that's practice for me. If I'm having problems on something on flash I will get on there and figure how to get it to work, if I have trouble I'll get a friend to help. My class seems to like flash, they say that it helps them and it's fun to get on. I love globaloria it is so fun and I get so excited when it's almost time for me to come in here.

Adding Animations

Hey people,

                Today I am talking about adding animations. To see my animations click here and scroll till you see it. Adding animations was a little difficult to understand but after the hang of it, animations was great. They will really help me in my game because my game has alot of action and also has alot of buttons. animations are really great and very helpful. Adding buttons

 Hey blogger's out there here is my blog for buttons. Enjoy it and have fun while you read it. Adding buttons are very helpful, it was very easy to unstand how to get them to work. Drawi ng the buttons was fun, but I think my favorite part was getting them to work. It was exciting seeing that I did it myself and on flash as I took my mouse over the button and it changed colors, also as I clicked the button. I was so excited seeing that it worked. Buttons are very helpful because there easy to put on and get them to work. All you have to do is click it and it goes on. There very much helpful by using buttons instead off using the arrows. Buttons are now my favorite part of the game, and the most exciting so far.  I loved to make buttons after I learned how. The most of my game is about buttons, so it is help for my parnter and I. They are very helpful, and very joyful. I love buttons and how they work.

 

Information about my game.

I have made good progress. My progress to this point is good and I'm at were I should be, all except my buttons that I am behind on. Getting caught up on my buttons is a little difficult. I am having a tad bit problem on getting to know how to get the buttons to work. Putting them on are easy. Also on my other stuff as far as drawing  and adding scenes I am doing good on it. Adding a scene on flash is great. Adding layers is the only thing I'm having trouble with. It's not that I don't know how to do it, it's that I forget to and then when I'm finished drawing my game out I have to add them together. That put's me behind but it's easy to get caught up on. That's about all the struggles I have though, everything else is successful.I really look forward to getting my game finished to see how it goes. I hope it turns out great and fun to play!!Also looking at my groups game and playing it to see what genre it is and how fun it is to play. But that's what I had struggles on and the progress that I have improved and and sucess!!!! (:

Adding a scene

   
Hey bloggers!! We have been working on adding a scene this week. It has been really easy for me because, all you have to do is add layers. Adding a scene was very understanding. The animal rescue gave me a very good game detail so did drift runners. My game is adventure and action and that's what makes adding a scene easy for me. I understand it very well. Adding a scene has made me look back at my game and my understanding to it. Adding a scene was really understanding and very excited to me, because I couldn't wait til I got to the next step. Adding a scene has been fun and I am really looking forward to doing more of it. Thanks for reading my blog and learning a little about adding a scene.

Drawing a scene!!!!

Drawing a scene really helped me understand my game better. My partner and I got on websites like google and wikipedia and found stuff. Until we got to drawing a scene we didn't understand our game fully. We thought it was is but frawing a scene was good for us. As we got farther into drawing a scene we learned more and more. It also helped us understand our game topic. We understand it good now. Our catergory is this week was great great. One thing is what sources help us gain more more understanding, another is what makes the game more trustworthy. We have to tell what our game is about also. That is mostly it, thanks for reading my blogs and hope there interesting.

Paper Prototyping

Our game was easy to draw out because we already had all of our stuff drawed out.Drawing the horses was also easy most people said it was hard but Lakin already could draw one. The explaining was good because we had it plained out first. All you have to do is play as a horse and jump stumps and run through hoops. While you do that there will be distractions. The distractions are sounds like glass braking with dogs barking. So really it was easy. Lakin and I thought we did great on it. So when we get it all done watch the video of how to play, called paper prototyping. Then you can go and play the game. It will be fun we think. The reason we picked Horse Tumbling is that's her favorite animal and also mine. As we were making the game we had great idea's. Like the forest is one of the things we made up, because it was really gonna be in a horse ring but the forest would go better with the distractions. After you get passed the stumps and hoops you have to pick the right group you belong in. That is the kind of horse that you are, that could be a mare, stud, or a pony. Be sure to pick the right one. After the game you get make a pie graph. You tell how many times you failed and things like that. But that's all I'm going to tell you because it's a surprise!!

Horse Tumbling

                                                       


You are a horse and you have to get to your heard. You have stumps to jump, hoops to go through and distractions while you are running. You have to go through differnt size hoops without touching them. Stumps you have to jump without falling. It will be hardand even more with all the distractions. but say if you mess up on a stump you have to start over with that. Then you try to get to the heards of horses and you have to pick the right group you belong in because there are going to be three different groups. The groups of different horses are mares, studs, and ponies but make sure you get the right group or you have to start over. After you do the stumps, hoops with and pick the group your in before the time runs out. Then you get to make a pie graph about how many times you messed up on the stumps, how many times you messed up on the hoops and what was your time.That is how you play my game, hope you have lots of fun with it, if you play Horse Tumbling.

I am excited to play my game after we make it. I love action games and that is mostly what we have in our game. The hoops and sumps are going to be great I think. The pie graph is going to be crazy, but what I really am excited for is how many times I will miss up and will have to start over. That makes me curious, I will more that likely mess up my first time, but that's ok. I would like for someone to comment me and tell me if we have a good name for our game. Our game name is Horse Tumbling, we thought of that because it is a horse playing and when you fall you call that tumbled. When we get our game finished I want to see if people play it and see if that is a good game to play. So you can play it and tell us what you think about it.

                                                

These are my two favorite games.

In my free time I like to play pac man. I think it's fun when you have to bet the little monster things. When you get more father in the game it is better I think. There is way more to the game than like the first game. It gets more exciting to me when I play Like the eigth level. The eight level or so is really hard sometimes, but iI have beat them before. The more I have played it I get better each time, so now I am pretty good at it. This game to me is great compared to some of the other games. Pac man is just one of my favorites and the other is Mario. I play this games all the time in my free time. Mario is fun to me because it's aventure and action both to me. Mario is great so is Pacamn. These games I think would have to be my favorite. All the other games compared to these are fun but no as much exciting. When I play Pacman and Mario I am really in the game. I don't play much games and I am not a game person, but when it comes to these two games I can garentee you the I can beat you. I think the reasoon I like to play these games are because there adventure. I love to get chased by all these monster things and stuff. When my sister and I verse each other in these games most of the time I when. I sometimes let her when though, because she is littlier than me and I feel sorter bad for her.  That's why I love these two games.

All about me.

 My name is Amber McClanahan. I go to Sandy River Middle in the 7th grade. I have alot of friends, my best friends are Kaitlin, Lakyn, Autumn, & Tori. Summer & Amber if they want to be. You could say I'm smart I guess, because my grades are A and B's. I blow the birthday candles out on November 12. I was born November, 1997. My favorite animal is a horse. My type of music is mainly anything, I love it all. I would have to say my favorite movie is the notebook. Timothy Andrew is my big brother and Abigail LaRae is my little sister.  My partner in crime is Summer Bailey.  My partner and I are working in one step equations. It is fun learning how to work the problem out and making a game of it. We think that it is also cool because there is so many things that you can do with one step equations.  At first we thought that it was confusing but after awhile it got easy. Now that we know how to do it from math class we can find a bunch of stuff that we can do. I think that our topic was a great dission for us to do in Globaloria class, for Mr.Lester.

Which genre I want to make a game with.

                                        What I like to play in Globaloria.

I like the drift runner game, and the genre wich was action work great with that game. Drift runners don't really have much education, but it really teaches you how to drive. Even though I like Drift Runners, WV animal rescue is my favortie game. I now play that alot. Rescuing animals is alot of fun knowing that you are saving them. You'r not only saving them but the animal that got saved you learn more about it. How to treat it, were it needs to live, how to keep it away from diseases, and other stuff is what you learn about. The genre for that game is adventure, because you try to find stuff that's either safe or not for the animal you pick.That's how it's saving the animal because you take it to the vet and get it medicane. Adventure and action is my two favorite genres. They are fun and sometimes very consatraiting for you. The game that I would like to use is the Drift runners all though I only like it. If I was aloud I would put it more educationing though. You would have to answer a qestion before you got to drive the car. I think that would be more funner and exciting than just driving the car without doing anything and driving for free. If it would be like that then drift runners would be my favorite instead of WV animal rescue.

What I want to do in globaloria.

Well my summer clothes are put up now and it's time for school, and I recently started Globaloria. There are a lot of things that I want to do in it. One of the things that I really want to do is make a game, for people to play and give me comments. Also when my classmates makes games, I can't wait til I get to comment on their game. The video is going to be so gleeful, the video is my favorite. It will be so fun to get better at making games and videos. Blogging is also great to do in globaloria. Sharing my blog is my pleasure. I love to share stuff with my friends and get great comments back. Another thing that I want to do is socialize with students and teachers in New York and other countries. That would be fantastic to become friends with people from other countries.
