West test.!

     Okay, well this week of course we are blogging about something that isn’t about Globaloria. West-test is coming up and all the teachers are preparing the students for it, I think that I will do well on all the subjects, but I have to try and really stay focused. I sort of can’t wait for it to be over with because my results will come in after summer, and I always get a little excited time when that time comes. West-test needs to be taken seriously because it is serious. The subject that I do the best on is language, and the one that I have a few struggles with is science. This is about all that I can say on the west-test, to give you information. I just hope that I do my best.

       I also have something else to say, my teacher for Globaloria doesn’t really help us when we need it, and he doesn’t know much of anything about what to do.  Therefore that is why our blog isn’t about Globaloria, and we get the same topic for five weeks in a row. I hope I don’t bother anyone saying this. But the truth has been spoken.

Spring break.!

     We have worked on our game this week really hard, because we had to start over. To me I have stressed out and I am more than ready for Spring break. During my Spring break I plan on forgetting about school and just to have fun without been stressed out. Riding the four-wheeler is one of my most favorite things to do, so I plan on riding with my best-friend and going mudding back in the woods were I love to be. I want to make this Spring break one of my best, so I am going to do one of my other favorite things to do, which is shopping. Getting new clothes is just great to me, because I enjoy them so much. Although I plan on having fun, I also can’t wait to spend time with my family on Sunday for Easter. Spring break is going to be awesome and I really can’t wait for it to come. I hope all of my other friends has as much as fun as me. J

Non-quiz

    Quiz games are very easy to make, and you can be making one without even knowing. At the begging of the year we were told not to make our game a quiz game, and we have tried to avoid quiz type games ever since.  In a quiz game you ask questions and if you get them right you play the game, well we have to get around that, and reach our expectations of getting our game finished without a quiz. It is a challenge to reach, and I hope at the end of the year we can accomplish it. I know that if we work hard and try to focus then we can make a game that isn’t quiz type, and that is the goal that I’m going to reach.

Pre-presentation

  Our game isn’t the best, only because we had to start over three times. So we plan on making it better and ready by presentation. Therefore we have been working a little better and staying more focused than what we did before. You really can’t say that our game will be great before it needs to be finished, but we will hardly work on getting at least one play scene working. Presentation is going to be hard for me this year, because to me we haven’t gave it our fullest attention and I know that my partners and I could work better and work together to have had a great game. So I plan on giving a great explanation on why our game isn’t finished, and why it could have been better. Although I hope that the audience that watch the presentation can realize what is the problem with our game. I just hope it comes out good.

Game so far.!

          Well to get this started first of all, I want to say that our game isn’t as far as we would like it to be. Do to our file getting corrupted we had to start our game over again. So we plan on working super hard to get our game finished by presentation day and ready to be played. The game that we had almost finished, we were off to a great start, and it is sad that we had to start over. Although starting over has made us want to work harder and do better in Globaloria, so in a way it was good to start over. Therefore I think that my partners and I believe that if we work together and work hard that we can have our game finished by due date. I hope that everyone wishes to play it also, and have a great time made out of our game.  

Design.!

     Designing our game has taken a lot of thought, but putting a lot of effort in to it is good. Therefore the design had to be good and it had to be about an adventure, so we decided to do the whole Allegheny Plateau. Designing is important to us, so we thought drawing it out first would be the best thing to start out with. Drawing the different adventures that you can take in the Allegheny Plateau is what we did, and we planned them out into Flash to make a game. Drawing them on flash isn’t as easy as it is on paper, but if you have faith to do it than you can get it finished. Although our game design isn’t anywhere near finished neither is our game, we all have high hopes and good believe that it can get done. We just plan on working very hard and concentrating more to get it done. Our game is big to me, and I think it will be big to you too, if you take a chance to play it. I hope that it ends up been a great game and you enjoy it as much as I do.

My partners.!

      My partners are very helpful to me, we struggle a lot to try and get through our game. We have many problems to achieve but we overcome them. Now that our teachers don’t help us that often or hardly ever, we have to learn how to get through our game ourselves. Making the buttons isn’t that hard, I can do them myself, but I can’t get them to work so my partner/best friend/sister Tori is the one that gets them to work correctly. Therefore since we do that our other partner/best friend/sister gets most of the design finished. What our partners can’t do at the moment, we work together to figure it out. My partners are so great and I am thankful to have them, we started out as a team and we shall finish as a team. Although we can’t wait for our game to get finish and to give others the opportunity to play it.
